Welcoming the New Year with open arms, sunshine and yoga!

The New Year is always symbolically a time for shedding the old, and welcoming the new.  What are you working on manifesting more of in your life?  What are you letting go of?  And most importantly, what are you grateful for right now?  It’s so easy to get caught up in what was, or what could be that we sometimes forget to acknowledge what is – the present moment.

So do what it is you feel like doing in this moment – whether it’s shedding some layers (literally) and opening your arms to the possibilities of the New Year, or perhaps taking some time each day to meditate, taking a solo stroll… whatever it may be, make sure it’s for you!
